Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting our customer support team with your order details.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier for shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, where applicable.

CDS Tech Store reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled by CDS Tech Store after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, as applicable.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

If you wish to change your delivery address, contact number, or other order details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order is processed or dispatched. However, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
